Gary Bozzell is the President/Owner of Top Exec, a highly regarded professional recruiting firm over the past 16 years.

His unique offering is that he progressed from a programmer to the former Director/CIO of 3 corporations around North America, in the IBM Midrange environment for 23 years before starting his own recruiting company. Having served in his various positions allows him to communicate effectively to his candidates as well as his employers.

Early strategic focus was primarily in the AS400 marketplace in the southeast recruiting and placing qualified candidates ranging from VP through Operations, however business economics over the past few years has broaden the strategic plan to include multiple operating environments and software support options.
