Our Support Center located in La Crosse WI, has an opportunity for a full time Programmer/Analyst for iSeries (AS/400) platform applications. This position is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, programming, testing, implementing, documenting, managing and supporting high quality applications running on the iSeries (AS400) platform.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of five years development experience. Experience or education in RPGIV (ILE, Free Form Syntax), database design and administration of DB2 (DDL), SQL, CL, and iSeries architecture. Knowledge of object oriented design, Progen Plus, Websmart, Sequel, Aldon, or Maximo is a plus. The candidate should possess the knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; knowledge of all phases of system development and project management. The candidate should possess the ability to be a self starter; be self motivated; effectively prioritize and execute tasks in order to meet deadlines; must possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills; strong customer service skills; accurate and detail orientated; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well with users, development staff and technical staff is essential; work with minimal supervision; manage projects from beginning to end; work in a safety conscious environment.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Will also be involved in a rotational, on call schedule.
